The Well Chiropractic & Functional Medicine is a “Cash Pay” (cash, check, or card) practice and does not accept any form of insurance at this time. However, we will offer superbills at the patient’s request that they can submit to their insurance who may/may not reimburse fully and/or partially for treatments provided.
Unfortunately, Medicare will not allow Medicare Patients to be seen at Cash Pay Practices at this time.
Not accepting insurance frees Dr. Joshua to treat patients more fully and without restriction of certain bodily segments/treatment areas due to insurance coverage stipulations.
Initial Evaluation & Adjustment
This appointment is for the initial evaluation/consultation and includes full history and first treatment (chiropractic adjustment).

This appointment is for chiropractic adjustment only (includes extremity adjustments at no additional charge if desired/clinically indicated).

Adjustment +1 Modality
This appointment is for chiropractic adjustment plus ONE additional treatment modality: Graston/IASTM (Soft Tissue Work), Cupping Therapy, RockTape (Kinesiology Taping) w/optional RockSauce Fire and/or Ice application to tape, or ART (Active Release Technique/Soft Tissue Work).

60 min : During this appointment, we’ll review your intake forms together, discuss your health concerns and goals, and create an action plan.

Initial Follow-Up
60 min : This is your initial follow-up after your new client consult. We will thoroughly discuss your new health action plan, go over educational materials, discuss the best methods to reach your goals, and answer any questions you have.

45 min : Comprehensive 45 minute follow-up to check in on your wellness goals and adjust health action plan as needed.

30 min : Check-in for questions or quick help with your protocol. We can also use this as an Accountability Check-In between longer visits.

Testing Results Follow-Up
60 min : This is NOT a New Client Consult. This appointment is only for existing clients, and is a follow-up specifically reviewing and explaining your lab/testing results (bloodwork, hormone, hair analysis, etc.) and going over health plan changes.
